| Step 1 Selecting Items: |
| Find the item(s) you want by selecting a category and browsing the list or
search by entering the name in a 'search' box. How?

| Step 2 Add Items to Basket: |
| When an item you want is found click 'Add' to place it in your Basket. You can
change the quantity you require when you 'View' your basket contents.

| Step 3 Checkout: |
| Click 'Checkout' and fill in the Order Form ensuring the dispatch address is
entered. How? |
|
| Step 4 Payment: |
| Complete the Secure Payment page with your credit card details. If you are a
registered PayPal user
you may alternatively pay from your account. |
| You may make payment by cheque - click the 'Pay By Cheque' option in the
checkout. |
| You may phone your order to us - click the 'Phone Your Order' option in the
checkout. |

| How to find items: |
| Click the Item Category 'drop down' box and select the category you require.
Now click the 'Find' button and items for the selected category will be
displayed. Use the scroll bar to browse for the item you want. |
| Alternatively, in the Search box at the top of the page enter a word you think
would be part of the item name or in its description and click the 'Search'
button. Any matching items will then be displayed. |

| Your Basket: |
| When you have found the item you want click 'Add". This will place the item in
your basket. Click 'View Basket' at any time to see what you have added. To
change the quantity of each item click 'Change', change the number, then click
'Save' (or 'Cancel' to leave the quantity as it is). To remove an item click
'Remove'. |

| Checkout: |
| When you have finshed adding items to your basket and wish to purchase click
the 'Checkout' button. Your selected items will be displayed alongside a form
for your personal details. If you are a registered customer and have logged in
your details will automatically be filled in for you, otherwise complete the
form carefully. |
| If the address to which you want the items sent, which must be a UK
address, (Dispatch address) is the same, click the button 'Same Address',
otherwise complete the dispatch name and address details. |
| When all the details are correct and you wish to proceed with payment click the
button 'Continue...'.

| If you are not ready to continue with payment you may click either 'Continue
Shopping' or 'Return to Basket'.
